Bösenberg Route

Past heath and neglected grassland

Starting point: National park parking area “Koppe” (51.132358, 8.921231)

Length: 6.7 km

Short description: The pinnate leaf of the rowan leads around a creek valley with partly steep and rocky slopes on which quaint forests grow here and there. Until suddenly the forest opens up at the Bösenberg and offers a view on the sea of trees of the national park to the Himbeerkopf.
The route also leads past the Fahrentriesch and its heath and neglected grassland which is an important historic site.
